Cognitive Health.  How to Improve it?

Cognitive health the ability of your brain to perform all the mental processes that are collectively known as cognition, among those we may include ability to learn , awareness, ability to make decisions and judge on situations, and memorizing.

Here are some tips for you:

1 -  Eating well is main factor in keeping a good health, cognitive health is not an exception. Do not save on vegetables, fruits and any other sources of Omega-3 and fatty acids. Excessive amounts of Fat are to be avoided.

2 - Exercise for at least 150 minutes per week, try to dodge your busy schedule and get some exercise a few times per week.

3 - Brain games are other good way to keep your brain active, as well as reading, writing, trying to learn another language and so on.

4 - Although not easy for every one of us, reduce your stress level, that in a high level can cause major damage the cognitive health as whole.

5 - As wellknow today, smoking and drinking are very unhealthy habits which can slowly cause damage to your health in general, specially to you lungs and brain.
